Peter Janes BVM&S MRCVS
I graduated from Edinburgh in 1979.
I worked in several practices in the NE of England before settling in South Yorkshire in 1986.
Initially the practice started in Goldthorpe and then was expanded to include Wath.
Over the years I have worked with many skilled vets and have learnt a lot from them.
Janet Ellison BVSc MRCVS
I graduated from Liverpool University in 1997 and spent three years in small animal practice in Wakefield before moving to Arncliffe in 2000.
I enjoy all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery apart from orthopaedics.
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and walking my dobermann.
Eugenio Soler Alcaraz MRCVS
I graduated from the University of Murcia (Spain) in 2006.
I have been working at Arncliffe since 2007.
I am currently studying at the Royal Veterinary College to become a certificate holder in Small Animal Surgery.
My hobbies are keeping fit and going on holiday with my fiancee.
Wendy Laleman MRCVS
I graduated from Ghent University in Belgium in 2001.
After working for one year in Canada I moved to the UK and joined Arncliffe in 2005.
My interests lie with general practice of small animals. I have a daughter and a son.
I work part time and when I’m not at work I love spending time with my family, swimming, sailing and travelling.
Kate Sahman BVSc MRCVS
I graduated from Liverpool University in 2009 and joined Arncliffe as my first veterinary job.
I live locally with my husband and our two mischievous rescue cats.
Outside of work I enjoy walking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Ian Bayman BVSc MRCVS
I graduated from Liverpool University in 1996.
I have worked in Birmingham and Derby before joining Arncliffe in January 2011.
My interests lie in general practice.
Outside of work I have a young daughter who occupies all my time.
Chris Berry BVSc MRCVS
Chris joined our practice in November 2015, having worked in Rotherham for the previous ten years.
We are delighted that Chris is bringing his wide range of clinical and surgical skills to Arncliffe to further enhance the care we can offer to our patients.
Mary Dews BVSc MRCVS
Mary joined Arncliffe Veterinary Centre having previously worked in Wakefield and then as a senior vet in one of our neighbouring practices.
Mary has a particular interest in internal medicine.
Marcos Canete Jimenez MRCVS
Marcos graduated from the University of Murcia in Spain in 2011 and having worked in several practices since then, he joined Arncliffe in early 2015.
In his free time he still spends much time in furthering his veterinary knowledge, as well as going to the gym and socialising with his partner.
Lauren de Boer MRCVS
Lauren graduated from Utrecht University in the Netherlands in 2013.
She moved to the United Kingdom in 2014 where she came to work at Arncliffe as her first job.
Away from work, she enjoys the theatre, spending time with friends and goes home regularly to visit her family and their dogs, who are sorely missed!
Helen Stovin MRCVS
I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2012 and moved to Yorkshire, where I have worked in both York and Leeds before joining Arncliffe in June 2016.
I am currently studying for a certificate in dermatology, but enjoy all aspects of general practice.
Outside from work I enjoy playing the guitar, travelling and spending time with family and friends. I also have a mischievous rescue cat called Mango, who keeps me busy.
Carolina Vilches Romo MRCVS
Carolina graduated from the University of Murcia (Spain) in 2011.
She has been in the UK since 2014 and joined Arncliffe at the beginning of 2016. She loves cats and likes to spend as much time as she can with her own cats Pochi and Mise.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cinema and playing the saxophone.
